Wilmington, N.C. - May 20, 2024: On June 4-6, travel industry partners in Wilmington and its island beaches will welcome the 25th edition of the flagship East Coast Techno Security & Digital Forensics Conference. This year marks the second time that Wilmington has hosted this event.  

Approximately 1,000 cybersecurity, digital forensics, and eDiscovery industry professionals are expected to attend the event held at the Wilmington Convention Center. Attendees will stay at a variety of hotels including Embassy Suites by Hilton Wilmington Riverfront, Aloft Wilmington and the Best Western Plus Coastline Inn.

The robust educational program will feature over 120 sessions and 130 speakers delivering cutting-edge content.  Speakers will cover topics including Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Forensics, Cryptocurrency Investigations, Dark Web, Data Breaches, Insider Threat, IOT, OSINT Ransomware and more. Attendees will have the opportunity to spend one-to-one time with some of the 70+ sponsors and exhibitors, discover new products and services, and access numerous product demos for an in-depth look at the latest innovations in the industry. Evening events will allow additional time to interact and develop meaningful relationships with cybersecurity and digital forensics professionals.  

Kicking off the conference at 8:00am, Tuesday, June 4th, Dr. Roman V. Yampolskiy, Futurist, Author and Professor will present Navigating the Artificial Intelligence Era: Challenges and Strategies for Future of Cybersecurity. During this talk, Yampolskiy will discuss the paradox that AI will bring for cybersecurity and share how cybersecurity experts can prepare to address the impact from AI in the context of AI safety and security.
