Wilmington, N.C. - May 30, 2024: On June 10-12, travel industry partners in Wilmington and its island beaches will welcome the 7th annual FlightBridgeED Air & Surface Transport (FAST24) Symposium. This year marks the first year that the conference will be held in Wilmington.
The FlightBridgeED Air & Surface Transport (FAST24) Symposium aims to elevate the standards of critical care transport through cutting-edge education, hands-on training, and community building. The main conference takes place at the Wilmington Convention Center June 11-12, with multiple hands-on pre-conference events planned for June 10.
Prior to the conference, a sponsored blood drive will take place on June 10. The blood drive is open to all attendees and the public and will be held in meeting rooms 103 and 104 in the convention center. Approximately 250 attendees are expected and will stay at a variety of hotels including Embassy Suites by Hilton Wilmington Riverfront, Aloft Wilmington, Best Western Plus Coastline Inn, Hotel Ballast Wilmington, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, Blockade Runner Beach Resort and the Lumina on Wrightsville Beach, a Holiday Inn Resort .
